What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below, you’ll find all the information you need to start a return or exchange.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by you. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and labels. Please keep in mind that sale items and personalized products are excluded from returns. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods, using the original method of payment.

How long does the returns/exchanges process take?

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to inspect and process it within 2-4 business days. After inspection, if your return or exchange is approved, we will promptly proceed with the next steps.

How do I exchange for a different size?

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, simply visit our contact form and send us a message with your order number and the size you need. You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping cost for the exchange. Once we’ve received the returned item and the shipping fee, we’ll send out your new size right away.

Where is my refund?

If your return is eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days after your product has been inspected and approved at our office. Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customized or personalized.
  • Please ensure that your return is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
  • In the case of exchanges, you will need to cover the shipping cost for the new item to be sent to you.
